Calgary Foundation’s Vital Journey
Recognizing the need to inform staff and donors more fully about the forces driving decisions of a foundation with over a billion in assets FERVOR wrote and designed this manifesto for the Calgary Foundation. This key communications tool needed to assuage any fears some donors may have about “change” given that the very nature of philanthropy is evolving and Calgary Foundation needed to evolve to engage a new kind of donor. This document was presented to all staff and at donor meetings. Staff took out their favourite pages and pinned them up on their cubicle walls.
