YMCA TIMELINE

FERVOR was asked by YMCA Calgary to capture the history of the YMCA from its humble beginnings to the current state of the Y in Calgary (home to the two largest YMCAs in the world). The purpose was to inform and instil in staff an appreciation of the rich history and significance of this world wide force for community health and wellness - for 179 years! The timeline was originally built as a 6’ long panorama for a Board retreat and it was so well received that they wanted to share it with all staff as posters in every branch’s lunch room. Future plans for the timeline include social posts, a contest and maybe even a screen saver.
